As first time home buyers on a short time schedule to buy a house, Jeff and his colleagues made the home loan process as smooth as possible. When documents were needed, they reached out to me as soon as they knew they needed them. They kept me up to date on the process and where my loan was at every step of the way. Any questions I had they were able to answer. Although there was a miss calculation on the property taxes through the process, Jeff was up front about it and needed more documentation to help out the process and it got resolved with out any further issues.
